I REJECT the New Land Use Code changes for the follwing reasons

Changing to the proposed zoning map has already been done in Jackson and proved to lead to higher housing prices.

Changing zoning in areas of Teton Valley from 2.5 acres to 35 acres is an extreme zoning change

The comprenehnsive plan states buffer areas around the three cities of Victor, Drigfs and Tetonia should be created to transition out to larger acreage. This zoning map leaves no transition in Tetonia.
